BONFIRE NIGHT

Guy Fawkes Night is celebrated on 5 November in The United Kingdom and some of its former colonies. It is also known as Bonfire Night.
In the evening of 5 November Guy Fawkes and a number of Catholic conspirators attempted to destroy the Houses of Parliament in London. The plot was failed.
They commemorate the capture of Guy Fawkes with bonfires and fireworks, and by burning an effigy of Guy.
